At Bay Point Landing, your safety, health, and comfort is of the most importance to us. It is our intention to responsibly provide safe and unsurpassed lodging, and access to recreation experiences in the fresh, coastal outdoors.
We want to share with you the actions we are taking in response to COVID-19 to keep your mind at ease.
TWO WEEK EVALUATION
Please note that based on the most recent data per county regarding COVID-19 spread, the Oregon Health Authority evaluates and reassigns risk levels* every two weeks. In turn this may mean that some amenities at Bay Point Landing (such as our Pool + Fitness Center) may not be open. We encourage you to stay informed of state and county updates and welcome you to reach out to us anytime for more information.
*Risk levels take effect on Friday and remain in effect for the next two weeks while the process repeats. On the 2nd Tuesday County Risk Levels are determined and updated data is published.

// The pool and fitness center are OPEN with a limited capacity.
Pool: Maximum six (6) people at a time, always a minimum of two (2).
*The pool will be closed for general maintenance (24hrs) Tuesday March 2nd 11am through Wednesday March 3rd 11 am.
Fitness Center: Maximum one (1) person.
// The Activity Room + Event Center are OPEN with limited capacity. Food + drink prohibited.
// The Kids Den is CLOSED
// The Pavilion is OPEN with limited capacity. Food + drink prohibited.
// The playground, and bocce ball court are OPEN.
// Communal Firepit area is OPEN
// Showers and Restrooms, Laundry are OPEN, with capacity restrictions posted at the entry.
// The beach and outdoor clubhouse terraces are OPEN
WHAT WE ARE DOING
The health and safety of our guests and staff has always been our priority. At Bay Point Landing, we acknowledge and embrace the space and peace that our beautiful 100-acre property provides. Our intention is to provide fresh air, comfort, and room to roam, and we’ve implemented the following practices.
// Arrival – If you would like to request a contact-free check-in please text us: 541-582-7596
// Departure – Upon departure, simply depart your site or accommodation by check out time. If you are staying in one of cabins or airstreams you may return your key remotely using the drop box located at the General Store.
// Bathhouse and Laundry Facilities — Our restroom and laundry buildings remain open 24-hours a day and maintained with enhanced cleaning and sterilization practices in place during business hours. Use of these facilities is at the discretion of our guests. Social distancing practices of maintaining six (6) feet distance between individuals and wearing face coverings is required by State Executive Order. Our restrooms are fully equipped with antimicrobial soap for your use.
// Modern Cabins and Airstreams — We are following the latest industry and CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing practices. Upon guest checkout from our Modern Cabins and Airstreams, in addition to our high standards of housekeeping, we sanitize all surfaces, handles, windows pulls, and commonly touched areas with an EPA-registered cleaning agent. Kitchen appliances, dishes, cups, silverware and utensils receive an additional sanitizing process by our staff.
// Common Areas and Amenities — we have enhanced the cleaning frequency of these spaces and thoroughly sanitize all surfaces with an EPA-registered cleaning agent. All common areas and amenities also offer hand sanitizer, and most are within short proximity to running water with antimicrobial soap. Social distancing practices of maintaining six (6) feet distance between individuals and wearing face coverings is required by State Executive Order.
// General Store — Our General Store is open during business hours, please wear face coverings and observe social-distancing floor stickers. Guests may also purchase store goods from the General Store via text message for complimentary delivery to your site.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
// If you feel you are at all unwell or are displaying symptoms of the coronavirus, please do not travel or visit us at Bay Point Landing.
// Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands frequently, cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough. While we are looking forward to your visit, please stay home if you suspect you have been exposed to the virus, or if you feel unwell.
// Maintain a six foot social distance from all individuals who are not members of your immediate household.
// Please observe all posted occupancy signage.
//Wear face coverings both indoor and outdoor if you are within six feet of others.
