Introducing Our New Cabins and Other Improvements + Summer Events in Coos Bay

There have been some exciting changes to our little cozy modern space near Coos Bay. The year 2022 and beyond promises to be even better as people are coming out to our neck of the woods to appreciate the natural beauty. Read on for what we’ve been up to and hope to see you soon! Come see why we are the best place to stay at Coos Bay and a top campground on the Southern Oregon Coast.

Bay Point Landing is completely re-inventing the outdoor living spaces of 36 existing modern cabins and Airstreams. Windscreens have been designed into a more natural landscape aesthetic, providing more privacy at each patio and higher utilization of the fire pits on those breezy coastal days.

New Timber Haus Cabins

Set along the coastal forest tree line, these new cabins are custom designed to let the light in and the view out. Curated spaces within the cabin uncover new ways for guests to unwind and reinforce the brand statement:

We have custom-designed and implemented a brand-new modern cabin offering, dubbed the Timber Haus. Super sleek, modern, and functional, these beauties sleep four and are designed to let the light in and the view out. Curated spaces within the cabin uncover new ways for guests to unwind. We’ll begin taking reservations for these on Memorial Day Weekend 2022. These cabins are set along the quiet coastal forest tree line of the north side and include:

  • A full shower and bathroom
  • Large open floor plan
  • Dining and kitchen area
  • A Queen bedroom with a loft room above

For now, we’ve launched a brand-new food & beverage concept onsite, including a custom food truck with a menu curated by a leading Portland-based restauranteur using local ingredients. And an unexpected twist! We offer incredible soft serve with unique toppings, including a fun take on s’mores.

And if that’s not enough, we are in the final permitting phase of creating a bar and lounge with amazing sunset views of the bay, dubbed the Cove Lounge. Wine and craft pours, along with small plates and eventual breakfast offerings will be offered.
