NATURE
Bay Point Landing is located on a thriving estuary in the United States and is subject to natural forces such as wind, tides, and waves. The estuary is also home to a thriving wildlife population that includes sea lions, seals, and birds. Bay Point Landing is situated along a tidal river. The tide can come in and create swift currents rather quickly and there is no lifeguard on duty.
Crabbing and clamming are allowed on our beach. A shellfish license is required for these activities.
Please do not cut, trim or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the resort.
Please do not feed, disturb or approach wild animals or birds.
FIRES
There are communal fire pits located on the south end of the resort and at the Seaview Terrace located at
the Clubhouse.
Never leave a campfire unattended and fully extinguish them when you are done enjoying them.
Please do not use portable grills on the picnic tables without protecting the table from heat and food splatter.
Firewood is available at the front desk for a nominal fee, and can be delivered directly to your site.
